1. FORM A GROUP

Connect with co-workers or friends nearby and submit application form

2. RECEIVE VEHICLE

Once approved, receive a vehicle

03. ENJOY THE RIDE

Enjoy your time, savings and less stress

HOW TO APPLY

Follow the steps below to submit an application

01.

Click  "AMTBP Application Form".  You will be redirected to the form on another tab. Complete the form.

02.

Save your application form as:
FirstLastName_AMTBP Application Form

03.

Make sure that all signature fields are signed with digital C.A.C. signatures.

04.

Click on "Submit Application" link.​ Attach your saved application to the email and submit.
